Panca Pratama And Panca Guna: The Teaching Of Leadership In The S?rat Witaradya By R. Ng. Ranggawarsita In 1863 M

S?rat Witaradya is part of S?rat Pustakaraja, which was composed by R. Ng. Ranggawarsita in 1863 M. It contains the teachings of leadership for state leaders and statemen such as: Teachings Panca Pratama, Panca Guna, Anata-aniti-apariksa-amisesa. The teachings of Sri Bagawan Ajipamasa were given to his son, Prabu Citrasoma (Panca Pratama) and Patih Sukarta (Panca Guna) right before Sri Bagawan Ajipamasa moksa, disappeard. The teachings of Panca Pratama and Panca Guna may be used as one of the solutions for overcoming the crisis of State Leaders and statemen at this time. This research uses a library method, with a pragmatic approach. The source of the data comes from the transliteration of S?rat Witaradya manuscript which was conducted by Sudibjo Z.H. The results of this study indicate that the teachings of leadership can be used as a guideline for State Leaders, Statemen
and the whole community.
